Genuine cloisonne is a decorative enamel affixed to a metal surface with fine metal strips.
Longer tailed bird - created using genuine cloisonne: length from beak tip to tail is 6 inches, height is 2 1/2 inches
Shorter tailed bird - created using paint, not genuine cloisonne: length from beak tip to tail is 5 1/2 inches, height is 3 inches
