This townhome is on one of the most adorable, tree-lined streets in the Cool Spring vicinity - as if straight out of a movie! The home is hop skip and jump to Cool Spring Reservoir, or the University Whist Club.

OCCUPANCY
Can fit 4 guests comfortably. Total of 2 bedrooms, but 3 beds. The 3rd bed is a Full, located in a "nook" of the home, on the second floor. This bed does not have the privacy of a full bedroom, but does offer an extra sleeping space. Also, 2 extra guests cane be accommodated in the basement den on an air mattress (for a total of 8 guests).

The winning bidder will redeem their certificate directly with the business that posted the experience. Detailed instructions will be included on the issued certificate.
