4 Days/3 Nights in the Beautiful Mountain K Chalet in Brevard, North Carolina in Connestee Falls.

Due to Hurricane Helene, the availabilty of this item is subject the reopening of the area and rescheduling of current rentals.

The K Chalet offered in this package is a privately-owned residence donated directly by the owner. Redemption is subject to availability. For use in 2024 only. Please advise of desired travel dates as soon as possible to help ensure availability. Chalet available for a 4 day/3 night stay - reservations only from January 1 through April 7, 2025, and September 1 through October 1, 2025. Available redemption period and terms are firm and cannot be modified or extended.

An additional guest fee of $175 is required to access the Connestee Falls Amenities. This fee will be paid by guest at the time of booking.The amenity fee  gives the guests a bar code and we supply a fob for access to all the community gates and also pool, lakes, trails...etc. It is required for all parties who stay. One fee only for the whole group.

Sleeps up to 6 guests. 4 Sleeping Areas and 2 Baths!

Beautifully designed, retro, but modern mountain cottage. Expansive outdoor spaces. Multiple large decks surrounded by nature. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious dining room with additional outdoor seating for the warmer months. Two outdoor gas grills. Living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and an additional TV room downstairs. 

Sleeping:
Master bedroom has a Cali King and full bathroom.
Loft upstairs has a Queen and private balcony.
Bottom floor has a full bathroom, Twin over Full Bunkbed and a Queen Sofa bed for additional sleeping space. 

Pack-n-play provided - please bring your own baby linens. ***Please note this home is not baby proof. This home isn't ideal for on-the-go toddlers. The space in between the banisters of the stairs is wider than usual.

Guest Gate Access

Connestee Falls is a beautiful gated mountain club community. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email/message with instructions on Connestee Falls and Gate Access, this is vital to read before your stay.

You Must:
-Read/Review the Connestee Falls Rules here.
-Fill out DocuSign Request notating how long you will be staying. 
***These steps take no more than 5 minutes total and is mandatory for each guest to receive access. 
-Once those two steps are completed, you will receive a email with a barcode to scan each time you are at a gate. This barcode will only be good during the duration of your stay.
-Please screenshot the barcode prior to arriving. There are 3 gates in Connestee. The Walnut Hollow gate (far west side) is 1 minute from the home.
-Amenity passes can be picked up at the front gate off Greenville Hwy - 33 Connestee Trail, Brevard, NC 28712
