Item Description
Certificate for one (1) chiffon cake baked by Diane Nitta. Certificate expires November 10, 2025.
From a Wednesday edition of the Honolulu Advertiser's Crave section, Diane Nitta and her mom came across Craig Chong's Old-Fashioned Chiffon Cake recipe. Her mom being an excellent baker, together they followed this chiffon cake recipe.
The results were unbelievable: light and mouth-watering. Though the cake can be flavored using extracts of vanilla, orange or lemon, lemon has become the favorite. After eating one slice, like the potato chips ad, you can't have just one.
Diane was a teacher turned principal and administrator for the Department of Education on Kauai.
