Authentic work by Dayroyo Boulus - Abun d´Bashmayo of the Lord's Prayer - Our Father - Vater Unser, written in Aramaic on leather and signed by the artist. He lives as a monk in Jerusalem, and he makes these pieces in an attempt to revive the language of Jesus.
"I love the Aramaic language because it is the language of Jesus. The language is 5,000 years old, 3000 BC and 2000 AD. This language is special because several books were translated from Aramaic and Greek to Arabic, so the Aramaic language spread our history and cultures to the world. This is why I love this language and try spread it around the world. I also use social media in order to spread this work to the whole world online."
