enhancing your knowledge and appreciation of wine. Spend a day with Mark, our executive chef, foraging, prepping, and cooking an unforgettable dinner. You can select to upgrade this experience and harvest your meat as a hunter.

Dining
Start your day with a continental breakfast, then head to the day's activity. Upon
returning to the lodge, savor cocktails, wine, appetizers, and dinner with courses
celebrating the local Kiwi culture, including fresh venison, chicken, beef, vegetables, and local desserts. Each dish is a masterpiece, a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing a 5-star dining experience. Meet our private chef, Mark, who will make your dining experience extraordinary. Originally from the Philippines, our executive chef, Mark Diu, fell in love with hunting, wildlife, and foraging when he moved to NZ in 2006. He's now renowned for his expertise in showcasing hand-foraged, locally grown, and seasonal NZ produce. Mark delivers a 5-star culinary experience and repeatedly wows our guests with his creativity, texture, and flavors. He's a regular feature in our guest book, with many telling
us the food was an unexpected highlight of their stay. He leaves you excited and
intrigued about the dining experience.

Accommodation
Revel in a four-night stay in a luxurious lodge featuring Super King beds and En-Suite bathrooms designed to give you the utmost comfort. Located in the Marlborough region of New Zealand, approximately one hour's drive from Blenheim, this package includes transportation from the airport to the lodge, ensuring you feel pampered and indulged throughout your stay.

What's included and what's not in your adventure? Your package includes a thrilling three-day Ocean adventure, luxurious accommodation, and gourmet meals. However, it doesn't cover airfare, upgrades, accommodations before or after the trip, gratuities, or personal or medical insurance. Rest assured; we've covered all the essentials for your unforgettable adventure.

Booking
This incredible journey will be available in 2025 or 2026. We recommend securing your reservation within three months to ensure you don't miss out. With limited availability, don't delay—book your adventure today and embark on a lifetime journey! Your adventure must be taken between September 1st through December 20th or January 10th through February 10th. This is Spring in New Zealand. These specific periods are chosen to ensure you experience the best of Marlborough's beauty and activities.

Item Special Note

Item pick up will be immediately after the concert on May 23rd. Items that can be emailed, will be done so in a timely manner after your payment is processed at the completion of the auction. With any unclaimed items on the night of the concert, the bidder will be contacted about shipping or when they will pick up the item at Carlsbad High School Administration office by June 6th.
