A bowl in ceramic with handmade silver inlay from the 1930s Argenta collection made by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, signature on base.
This iconic argenta stoneware collection, with its green glaze and silver decoration, is one of Kage's most recognizable designs. It was first shown at the Stockholm exhibition in 1930 and was subsequently produced by Gustavsberg, where the designer was artistic director in the 1930s and 1940s.
Very good condition.
