Golfing at Ferry Point is a one-of-a-kind experience, with rolling mounds of fescue bordering 7,407 yards of pristine tees, fairways, and greens awaiting you. Located at 500 Hutchinson River Parkway, Bronx, NY 10465. This package consists of a round of golf for four people and 2 GPS carts, which can be used exclusively from Monday to Thursday (Non-Holiday Only).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GREENS FEES & PRACTICE FACILITY
Greens fees include use of the practice facility up to one hour prior to your tee time.
Practice Facility Fee: A 2-hour time limit applies. No "waiting list" is available; access is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Practice Facility Hours: Opens 30 minutes prior to the first tee time (Mon–Sun); closes 1.5 hours before sunset (Mon–Sat) and 2.5 hours before sunset (Sun).
Range Tee Schedule: Mats only (Mon–Thurs); Grass (Fri–Sun).

Please note: Facility hours and access may vary at the discretion of the Golf Course Superintendent. Call ahead to confirm conditions.

FEES & RENTALS
• Applicable fees are subject to 8.875% New York City Sales Tax.
• Rate categories vary by season.
• Caddies and forecaddies are available upon request and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
• Pull carts are not rented or permitted.

CANCELLATIONS
• Contact the golf shop at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reduce the number of players.
• A cancellation number will be provided—please retain it for your records.
• Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a NO-SHOW FEE for the full reservation amount.

ELIGIBILITY & RATES
NYC Resident: Must provide valid ID with a New York City address to receive the NYC resident rate.
Twilight/Sunset Rounds: Not guaranteed to finish 18 holes. Times vary seasonally.
Senior (62+): Must provide a valid driver’s license or passport. Senior rates available Mon–Thurs.
Junior (16 and under): Must provide proof of age and be accompanied by an adult (18+). Junior rates available Mon–Thurs.
Military: Must present valid Military ID. Military rates available Mon–Thurs.
Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

COURSE POLICIES
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Confiscated items will be held until the round is complete.
• The restaurant opens 30 minutes before the first tee time.
• Course Maintenance
• Maintenance occurs daily. Early tee times (before 8:00 a.m.) may encounter maintenance staff.
• Occasional closures may occur for repairs at the discretion of the Superintendent.

DRESS CODE
Required: Collared shirts and Bermuda-length shorts.
Not allowed: Cut-off shorts, t-shirts, denim, tank tops.
Footwear: Soft-spiked golf shoes or tennis shoes only. Golf attire is required on both the course and practice facility.

SUSPENDED PLAY POLICY
If play is suspended due to weather or hazardous conditions:
0–5 holes completed: 18-hole credit issued.
6–9 holes completed: 9-hole credit issued.
10+ holes completed: No credit issued.

Credits apply to greens fees only. Customers are responsible for any fee differences when redeeming credits.
