Etching by Otto H. Bacher, 1856-1909, American. Titled Auf Staufa-Bruck, "Sept 5_79 OTTO" (1879). Title, date and maker’s first name in lower right corner within ink outline of image within plate.

Ken Spector Studied Art and Art History earning a B.A.degree from the University of South Florida, in Tampa and later a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Montana in 1982.
