The Golden Cod is and has been a symbol of wealth and prosperity in New England. Miss Fishey is a symbol of the wealth of spirit and the generosity of heart that the town of Marblehead embodies.
Artist Biography:
C. Goldfinger Brunoski is an artist member of Marblehead Arts. Her focus is on landscapes and capturing the underlying emotion of the subject. She has studied in New York City at the Art Students League, SVA, and Parsons. Her philosophy is, 'Art is a Window into the Soul'.

Item Special Note
Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 12 from 12-3 and July 13 from 3-6 at Sagan Harborside Sotheby's 1 Essex St, Marblehead. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information including pick-up time and location.
If the winning bidder requires shipping, their credit card will be charged a separate $35 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
If the winning bidder has not picked up their cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, the cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
